Q-Where are Ariakon guns made?

A- Most of our markers are assembled in California from a combination of both foreign and domestic parts. Each  marker is tested before leaving our facility so you know your getting a great working marker.

Q-Are Ariakon guns made of plastic?

A- Our markers are made primarily out of aluminum. Some parts are constructed of high impact composite material making up only items needed to reduce weight.

Q- Can I use these guns at any paintball field?

A- Yes our markers are legal for play on any paintball field and conform to any and all paintball insurance guidelines.

Q- Are these airsoft guns?

A- No. Our markers are often mistaken for airsoft because of there realism, but our guns shoot standard 68 caliber paintballs.

Q-What’s your most popular item?

A- Our biggest seller is our Elite model. But the SIM4 series has out sold any other item we have ever offered and it has only been available since Dec. ’03.

Q- Where are you located?

A- We are located in sunny Carlsbad California.

Q- What type of players buy these guns?

A- Most players that purchase our markers prefer recreational or scenario style play. But our markers have been seen in everything from Military training courses to high level tournaments.

Q-Can I use your markers in speedball?

A- YES. Our markers are very effective in both speedball and woodsball style games.

Q- Do you only make Scenario guns?

A- We currently make a wide variety of markers including entry level, scenario, and we even distribute a high level Electro-pneumatic marker.

Q- Where can I get my gun repaired under warranty?

A- All warranty repairs are sent directly to our facility in Carlsbad CA. But make sure you call first to obtain an authorization number.

Q- Who sells your guns?

A- We have a large network of dealers available to you under the where to buy link located on our website where you can purchase one of our markers directly.

Q- Why did you make your guns look so real?

A- We engineered our SIM series markers to be as realistic as possible to serve a growing market of paintball players that asked specifically for realistic paintball markers.

Q- Where can I get help on my gun if I don’t want to send it in?

A- There is an abundance of technical as well as other assistance available on our customer forum as well as our knowledgeable staff that is available to help you out during normal business hours.

Q- My local shop does not carry your products, what can I do?

A- Our existing lines of products are fairly new, your local shop may not yet have them on the wall. Your local shop can sign up as a dealer and have any of our popular products delivered for you as soon as the next day. If you don't see it on the wall ask for it. 

Q- Can I buy directly from your company?

A- We do sell directly to the public however we encourage you to go to one of our many dealers who can also get the product to you usually a bit cheaper.

Q- Are all your products made by Ariakon®™?

A-The vast majority of our products are solely from us. But every once in a while we will come across a product that we feel is so great that we will offer it to our customers though our large network of dealers.

Q- Are your guns just regular paintball guns with fancy plastic parts to get the look?

A- Our markers are a unique setup and are not a hopped up version of any other paintball gun on the market. We don't just take a bunch of airsoft parts and slap them on a gun and call it a day. We engineer each and every gun from scratch to provide the most realism possible.

Q- Does Ariakon®™ only make paintball guns and accessories?

A- Currently Ariakon®™ makes a line of paintball markers, aftermarket parts for those guns as well as some soft goods such as carry cases and slings. We also work with military and law enforcement agencies and contractors to provide custom training solutions.
